My baby is getting closer to mobile independence. She is certainly a climber. She is constantly climbing onto the couch (when the kids take the cushions off, climbing up on and standing on chairs). She isn't quite convinced she really wants to walk but there are times when she accidentally finds herself standing up without holding on. This is a strange concept for me, although T was also a late walker she was not as content as R to just hang out. R loves to sit on the couch and read a book or even cuddle. I'm loving just how content she is. Saying this, we have started to see a small
amount of attitude. She will "yell" at her brother and sister when they take a toy from her. She is sure to make herself heard but really for the most part she is content being the non-talking, non-walking, easy to please member of the family. I'm loving that she is still like a baby. I REALLY want to savor this age and stage just in case she is our last baby.
